Before registering, please,
read these instructions, because our old registration procedure has been changed:
The early registration was open until
September 15, 2009 for $350.
Please, pay attention, the
late registration fee after this date is $390.
In order to register you will
have to send us the registration form along with your payment.
The on-line "calculator" form can be filled, printed and
then faxed or mailed to us. In order to open the form, please, click

(Please, do not send filled html form electronically: the file would not
hold the filled information, unless you edit the html code).
You also can use the on-line form for
calculation of your fee. Then you can download
the registration form as MS Word file, fill and e-mail it to us. Of course, you can
print and fax or mail

We need your registration form to be filled and sent
to us either by e-mail (crphipps@aol.com, secretaryaibep@aibep.org),
fax (1-661-867-2305) or regular mail (AIBEP, P.O. Box 1907, Madison, AL,
35758, USA).
A formal payment receipt will be included
in your welcome package, which will be waiting for you at the registration
desk at the Doubletree.
